A. Programming begins at 6:00 pm GMT with a Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, November 1st 

Q. When time does programming end?
A. Programming ends at 6:00 pm GMT on Monday, November 6, 2023.

Q. What airport do I fly into?
A. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX)

Q. How far is Sedona from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?
A. 1 hr 54 min (119.2 mi) via I-17 S

Q. Is Ground Airport Transportation included? (Ie. Pick up and drop off’s to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport)
A. Yes, Airport Pick Up’s and Departures are provided on November 1st and November 7th which is included in your retreat rate.

Q. Is there parking on site?
A. Complimentary self-parking for whoever chooses to drive.

Q. Dietary allergies
A. All our meals will be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and, most importantly, delicious.

Q. Is there a vegetarian or vegan option for food?
A. Yes, we will offer vegetarian or vegan food.

Q. Are yoga mats provided?
A. Yes, yoga mats and props are provided.

Q. Accommodations
A. You are responsible for arranging your own accommodations. Getting an Airbnb with other guests is a fantastic option. Search the map near Uptown Sedona for a variety of private rooms and homes. If you are interested, let us know and we can send you the list of attendees that are currently signed up. For your convenience, we will also send you a list of suggested accommodations once you sign up.

Q. Payment Plan Options
A. There are two options for payment:

Option 1: Pay in full at $5,000

Option 2: Payment 1 due at the time of booking of $2,500. 2nd payment of $2,500 due by October 15th.

Q. Is pricing in USD?
A. Yes, pricing listed on our website is in USD.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. KINRGY does not offer refunds for any reason. Due to the materials required for the retreat and space limitations, there are no refunds or credits offered for partial attendance or no shows. Payments made are non-refundable.

KINRGY is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
