Q. Where is The KINRGY Retreat held?

The Land in Philo, California

Q. When does the retreat begin?
A.
Programming begins at 5:00 pm PST on Thursday, May 16th, 2024.

Q. What time does programming end?
A. 
Programming ends at 11:00 am PST on Sunday, May 19th, 2024.

Q. What airport do I fly into?
A.
Santa Rosa (STS) Airport

Q. How far is Sedona from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport?
A.
The Retreat Location (The Land) is 51.8 miles away from the Santa Rosa (STS) Airport.

Q. Is Ground Airport Transportation included? (Ie. Pick up and drop off’s to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport)
A. 
No, ground airport transportation is not included. However, based on interest we may provide options for bookings at a separate cost.

Q. Is there parking on site?
A.
Complimentary self-parking for whoever chooses to drive.

Q. Are accommodations included?
A. 
Yes, accommodations are all-inclusive in your stay.

Q. Dietary allergies
A. 
All our meals will be all-organic and freshly made.

Q. Is there a vegetarian or vegan option for food?

Yes, we will offer vegetarian/vegan food options.

Q. Are yoga mats provided?
A.
 Yes, yoga mats and props are provided.

Q. Payment Plan Options
A. 
There are two options for payment:

Option 1: Pay in full

Option 2: You can choose to enroll in a Payment Plan, in which you will submit a $500 deposit upon booking, followed by a monthly payment plan leading up until the Retreat.

Q. Is pricing in USD?
A.
 Yes, pricing listed on our website is in USD.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. 
KINRGY does not offer refunds for any reason. Due to the materials required for the retreat and space limitations, there are no refunds or credits offered for partial attendance or no shows. Payments made are non-refundable. 

KINRGY is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
